Looking for a place to get “your drink on” for happy hour? Look no further! I’ve found the perfect spot for you and your gal pals to try! El Mirasol is a tucked away restaurant located on the north side right off of Blanco road.
El Mirasol is a unique place, that offer a different ambiance than other Mexican restaurants in the city. This restaurant offers plenty of seating and the outside area and patio are decorated nicely with little lights in the trees, giving it a warm and cozy vibe. The customer service and staff are fantastic, providing fast service which is always positive. We ordered a few appetizers and everything was delicious.
Move over margaritas, I need a chispa. If you know me, then you know I love a good margarita, but my life has been changed ever since I tried my first chispa at El Mirasol. I had no idea what a chispa was, but seeing how it translates as spark in Spanish I now can understand why. This drink is strong! Wait let me say it one more time…. chispas are very strong! Handmade from fresh ingredients chispas are made with just tequila, lime juice, and agave nectar, with an adequate amount of alcohol in them. Needless to say with two of those under my belt I had a blast, and look forward to coming here again for another great happy hour.
